The Single Entry Access to Services (SEAS) Program supports families and professionals in Whatcom County to find the resources they need.

If you have a child up to 21 years old, or are working with a family who does, our Family Resource Navigators can help you navigate programs and services.

When you have have questions or concerns about a child in your life, it’s difficult to know where to turn. Trying to find the right resources can be time-consuming and overwhelming.

Our family resource navigators are experts in Whatcom County’s programs for families and children. We listen to families' concerns, help figure out what they need, and get them pointed you in the right direction.

 People call SEAS for many reasons, including:

  • Questions and concerns about their child’s development

  • Looking for healthcare, mental health, and counseling resources for their children

  • Connecting with autism and developmental evaluations

  • Needing postpartum mental health support

  • Looking for information about Headstart and other early learning programs

Anyone is welcome to contact the SEAS Program for support. This includes families, childcare providers, healthcare professionals, and school staff.
